Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through JMeinert Digitals, including products sold via Gumroad, Etsy, Payhip, and any other platform operated by or on behalf of JMeinert Digitals. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. Who We Are

JMeinert Digitals is an independent digital product business operated by Jason Meinert. All products are digital downloads — PDF templates, guides, and document kits — delivered instantly upon purchase.

2. What You're Buying

All products sold by JMeinert Digitals are digital goods delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. You receive:

• A non-exclusive, personal-use licence to use the purchased file(s)
• The right to customise the template for your own business or personal use
• Immediate digital access via your purchase platform (Gumroad, Etsy, etc.)

You do not receive physical goods, ongoing support, or professional services of any kind.

3. No Refund Policy

Because all products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once a product has been delivered.

If you experience a technical issue preventing download, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve it.

4. Not Professional Advice

JMeinert Digitals makes no representations or warranties that any template will satisfy the legal or regulatory requirements of any particular jurisdiction, industry, or organisation. Regulatory requirements vary by country, industry, and circumstance.

5. No Warranty

All products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or completeness.

JMeinert Digitals does not warrant that any product is current, complete, or free from errors. Laws, regulations, and best practices change — templates may not reflect the most recent requirements at the time of your purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JMeinert Digitals shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, any product — including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill — even if JMeinert Digitals has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product that gave rise to the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All products remain the intellectual property of JMeinert Digitals. Your purchase grants you a personal-use licence only. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicence the product (in original or modified form)
• Share the product publicly or with third parties outside your own organisation
• Remove or alter any copyright, branding, or disclaimer notices

You may customise the content for your own internal use and share it with employees or contractors within your own business.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller's place of business. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If you are purchasing from a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws that supersede these terms, those laws apply to the extent required.

9. Platform Terms

Purchases made through Gumroad, Etsy, or Payhip are also subject to those platforms' own terms of service and buyer protection policies. JMeinert Digitals is not responsible for the terms, practices, or availability of those platforms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction. Continued purchases after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
